We provide flexible payment terms for our customers, although for new customers we will ask for a deposit of 25% of the entire project value before we start work.

Normally we will ask for the following stage payments:

New Customers

25% Deposit

25% Initial Page Layout and Concept Artwork complete

25% Pages Completed.

25% Project Competed.

Existing Customers

30% Initial Page Layout and Concept Artwork complete

40% Pages Completed.

30% Project Competed.

This does not comprise an offer and depending on the size of the project we may change the stage payment terms for both you convenience and ours.

We select the most reliable hosting operators, however from time to time it is possible that you will experience downtime on your web site. We are not responsible for any downtime or any consequential losses as a result, we will on your behalf speak to the hosting company to resolve any technical issues.

If you are using your own hosting service then we can only speak to them regarding the fault and relay it to yourselves.

Occasionally we are asked to do one off work such as a DVD authoring or a simple update to web site. We usually do this at an Hourly or Daily Contract Rate, please contact us for further information.

Depending on the length of the work we may ask for a deposit.

Once we have completed a project and have received the final payment you will receive all files and documentation to build and maintain the site yourself, you will own the copyright of these files.

Please note however:

1. 1.Some stock photography may have limitations of use.
   

2. 2.We usually reserve the right to use screen grabs of your web for our own marketing and this web site.

Our Update Service agreement is normally based 3 months rolling contract and you will be ask to fill in a Direct Debit mandate for this.

You will need to write to us indicating if you wish to cancel this agreement at the end of the 3 months.
