Unlike other software companies we provide a limited warrantee period for all our products and a life time of free updates of any our libraries used within your product, the warrantee provides for free bug fixes and priority bug fixes usually within a couple a days. This does not include requirements changes of enhancements.

Even with the best care in the world, things can go wrong - but what happens if this happens in the middle of the night on the other side of the world, no problem we provide 24/7 engineering support - this is someone who understands  the project and can give support and maybe even able to fix the problem live.

Product testing is usually carried out by engineers not directly involved in the development of the project, we believe using this method and that of complete test specification documentation has produced high quality software with very few bugs with a high percentage being only low priority. Occasionally we may select one of our trusted technical partners to provide testing services for us.

All bugs are tracked through our internal bug tracking system, customers have access to this system so that they may add or track bug status and we provide reports and schedules for updates and fixes should they be required. Its all under control with Rivertek Industrial.
